Jim has a Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Toledo and has over 30 years of experience in the structural steel industry.

Over the past 23 years, Jim has managed two structural steel fabrication businesses in the Midwest where he led and oversaw Sales and Estimating, Plant Operations, Detailing and Engineering, Project Management, and Quality Control departments.

For the last 12 years, Jim was also responsible for projects in excess of $350 million and 100,000 tons with a maximum single project that was in excess of $30 million and 8,000 tons.

Jim has been a past President and Board Member of Bi-State Fabricators Association, a past Member of Central Fabricators Association, and a past Member of AISC Fabricator Associations Committee where he has developed long standing relationships with key suppliers in the industry.
