Working with Penn Services LLC for 10 years, the scope of Cindy’s responsibilities encompasses financial management, strategic operations, human resources and payroll for in excess of 200 employees and contractual workers.

She provides executive level guidance, in concert with corporate leadership, to ensure timely coordination of audits, union and certified payroll reporting, detailed financial analysis of fiscal performance and board presentations.

Cindy has been instrumental in providing Penn with comprehensive data analysis used to develop business plans, budget forecasts, monthly earnings projections and financial reporting. Cindy brings with her over twenty years of executive financial management and corporate accounting experience from a broad range of industries including: construction, biotech/pharmaceutical, real estate development, and manufacturing to name a few.

She co-founded and managed an executive financial management advisory services firm and utilized her expertise in client relations and strategic development to propel business growth as acting CFO for a number of private sector companies. She also served as the corporate International Finance Manager and Manager of Clinical Finance for a billion dollar Fortune 500 biotech/pharmaceuticals company traded on the NASDAQ.

Cindy has a BA in Accounting and Business Administration, with a minor in Communications. In addition to serving on various Accounting and Executive Advisory Boards. She is certified in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI), as well as Internal Audit.
